To: CHWW members on Neal Rd, West of Forehand Ln, and Knollwood & Hillock Dr:
The system maintenance/repair is now complete. However, in lieu of said maintenance and repair, we are issuing a Precautionary Boil Water Notice.
Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient, or as an alternative, bottled water may be used.
This precautionary boil water notice will remain in effect until a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

To CHWW members on Neal Rd, West of Forehand Ln and those residents on Knollwood and Hillock Dr.
On Tuesday 02/03/26, maintenance/repairs will be taking place on the roads mentioned above. Members in those areas may experience low or intermittent water pressure or loss of water service for a short period of time while the upgrades are completed. Any further information or updates to follow.
